Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Mowing/string trimming staring week April 4th (32 occurrences); • Pruning/trimming of shrubs (2 occurrences); • Mulching completed by June 3rd followed by ½ mulching completed by October 7th (1 occurrence); • Turf fertilization equaling 1lb. of Nitrogen per 1000ft.sq. 3qty. fall application starting midSeptember, supplied by contractor; • Cost to apply pre-emergent applications to landscape beds using Free Hand 1.75G Herbicide supplied by contractor (1 occurrence); • Keep landscape beds weed free throughout growing season; • Cost per hour for irrigation work including start up, winterizations, and maintenance; • All mulch will be provided by the University of Louisville. Contractor must haul mulch from 1710 S Floyd Street.; • General landscape cleanup work; • Landscape bed edging is required. Contractor can use a stick style edger. Trench style edging is not required; • Contractor is responsible for porter serve on the days on property. Including turf, fence rows, landscape beds, parking lots, and roadways.
