Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Pre-Season The successful offeror will setup trainings with their staff to ensure the entire team is prepared for our football season in coordination with UKAD and the campus waste management office. 2. One Day Prior to Game Day The successful offeror will check-in at Kroger Field on the day prior to game day to ensure all resources and operational items are accounted for in preparation for game day. 3. Game Day Timeline The successful offeror will be tasked with stadium & parking lot responsibilities. Both areas will be broken down into phases throughout game day. In stadium tasks will consist of concourse tidiness, cardboard pick-up, emptying trash rooms, relining trash and recyclable units, and lastly, seating area pick-up. Concourse tidiness and cardboard pick-up are asked to be repeated throughout pre & in-game timeframes. The seating area & final clean-up will take place post-game. Seating bowl workers will make their way from lower to upper levels, being responsible for removing all trash and recyclables. Final clean-up will consist of emptying all recyclable units and depositing bags at the designated collection point. Parking lot duties will entail picking-up tailgate trash and recyclable bags throughout the interior stadium lots. This will take place during all four quarters of the football game. Post-game, all other lots will be picked through, dividing recycling and trash bags, then depositing both types at their designated collection point. The designated location for both trash and recycling are either the dumpsters located around the parking lots or the compactors next to Gate 11. Instructions and coordination from the Atheltics’ Rep & PPD Grounds Supervisor will be provided throughout game day to mitigate duplicate efforts.
