Vendor will provide catering services to the Kentucky Post Critical Incident Seminar (KYPCIS). These services will include lunches, dinners, snacks, drinks and paper supplies as specified: Chicken or Pork Entrée of some kind Oven Roasted Vegetables or similar side Mashed Potatoes or similar side or Salad Rolls Desserts Drinks- Gallon containers of Sweet & Unsweet Tea, Lemonade Additional Items - disposable plates, utensils, napkins, 12 oz. hot and 16 oz. cold beverage cups, creamer and stirrers. Fresh Fruit - Bananas, Apples, Oranges Granola bars, Energy Bars or similar snacks. Self-service Salad Bar or Potato Bar Minimum of 2 Meats Minimum of 5 Salad Toppings Minimum of 3 Types of Salad Dressings Tossed Green Salad with 3 types of Leafy Vegetables or pasta salad Potato bar toppings Desserts Drinks- Gallon containers of Sweet & Unsweet Tea, Lemonade Additional Items - disposable plates, utensils, napkins, 12 oz. hot beverage cups and 16 oz. cold beverage cups
