Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Kentucky Workforce Investment Board adopted One Stop Certification standards in August 2011. Since that time Local WorkforceInvestment Boards have been in the process of conducting One Stop Certification self-assessments and making requests for technicalassistance funds to address certification needs.
