1. The Respondent shall clearly outline in its response to the Kentucky Horse Park if the Sponsorship Fee shall be paid in cash, in cash plus in-kind product, or in-kind product only. If the Respondent elects to pay with cash plus in-kind product or in-kind product only, the products offered must satisfy a particular need of the Kentucky Horse Park as defined in KRS 45A.097 (4) (a). The Kentucky Horse Park shall be solely responsible for determining if the proposed in-kind products satisfy this requirement. 2. The following benefits (listed by class) will be made to the successful Respondent: a. Marketing i. Sponsor identification in sponsor references made by the Kentucky Horse Park when promoting the event. ii. Facility signage opportunities including signage on display during event. iii. KHP will recognize sponsor on KHP website with event listing. iv. KHP will place Respondent’s logo in rotation on video boards in Visitor Center for the duration of the event. v. KHP will allow Respondent to exhibit with a table, tent or trailer, as mutually agreed upon, during event. Expenses associated with exhibit are the responsibility of the sponsor. vi. KHP will provide a social media post on Facebook and Instagram, promoting event, with a list of all event sponsors. b. Respondent Promotions i. Respondent will be able to state in its promotional materials (printed or electronic) that sponsor is a “Sponsor of the Kentucky Horse Park __________________ event.” Respondent understands it cannot claim to be an “official sponsor” pursuant to KRS 45A.097, which prohibits such verbiage or an endorsement by the Commonwealth of Kentucky. c. Venue/Facility i. KHP will provide Respondent up to Five (5) passes to the Kentucky Horse Park, upon request. d. Other Benefits i. Opportunity to include other benefits consistent with class of benefits listed above. Benefits included cannot be an “endorsement” and shall be subject to all other regulations as stated in KRS 45A.097.
