Specifications include, but are not limited to: Janitorial Services Boone County Rest Areas; The successful bidder shall be responsible for the daily maintenance of the Interstate Rest Area facilities to provide adequate levels of Custodial and Grounds Maintenance to assure that these facilities are maintained in a safe, clean, sanitary, and an attractive manner as described in these Terms and Conditions. Custodial and other grounds maintenance shall consist of but not be limited to, the cleaning of the Rest Area Building(s), painting of designated areas, including the Pickup and Removal of Litter and Debris, Cleaning of Picnic Tables and Pads, Cleaning and Weeding of Shrub Bed Areas; Sweeping of Parking Areas and Sidewalks, Removal of Snow and Ice from Sidewalks, Removal of Leaves from Designated Areas, and the Collection and Disposal of Trash.
