WEEKLY (ONCE A WEEK) OFFICE BUILDINGS SERVICES: 1. Empty all waste baskets and trash receptacles and replace liners 2. Remove any and all trash from the building and place in dumpster 3. Thoroughly clean restrooms. Clean and polish mirrors, clean and disinfect toilets inside and out. Clean and sanitize sinks and basins. Mop floors with a designated mop for the restrooms. Dispose of water in designated area. MOPS SHALL BE BLEACHED, RINSED AND HUNG TO DRY AFTER EACH USE. Replace liquid hand soap and hand towels. 4. Thoroughly clean kitchen, break, file, storage, former environmental lab and conference areas. Mop floors, clean sinks, basins, counter and tabletops. If dirty dishes interfere with the cleaning of the kitchen they are to be put in the dishwasher and a cleaning cycle started. 5. Sweep and mop all rooms, restrooms are to be mopped with a designated mop. 6. Thoroughly clean reception area. Sweep and mop floors, clean glass on entrance door and dust all furnishings. 7. Dust off flat work surfaces this includes desks, bookcases, file cabinets, tables, etc. without disturbing papers. 8. Remove and clean chair mats. 9. Disinfect all door/sink/cabinet/toilet handles, desk phones, computer keyboards, computer mouse, and water faucets and fountains. MONTHLY SERVICES FOR OFFICE, CONFERENCE, and ERT/SHAREBUILDINGS: 1. Dust tops of cabinets, pictures, bookcases, etc. 2. Dust vertical surfaces of desks, file cabinets, baseboards, etc. 3. Remove cobwebs from ceiling area. 4. Dust window blinds. 5. Thoroughly clean conference room located in the conference building: clean tables and chairs, remove all wastebaskets and trash receptacles, replace liners and remove trash from the building, and sweep and mop floor. 6. Thoroughly clean ERT office and restroom located in the ERT/MFDS Share Building: clean tables and chairs, remove all wastebaskets and trash receptacles, replace liners and remove trash from the building, and sweep and mop floor. Clean and polish mirrors, clean and disinfect toilets inside and out. Clean and sanitize sinks and basins. ERT Share Building is located approximately 0.5 miles from office complex. Therefore, additional supplies may be stored in this building.
