All areas to be cleaned Daily: Empty waste baskets Collect and remove trash from building Clean drinking fountains Dust desks, tables, chairs, etc. (public use areas only) Dust high & low horizontal surfaces, ledges, moldings, ducts, pipes, heating outlets, etc. Spot clean glass on interior doors and partitions Sweep, mop and sanitize elevators Clean all entrance/exit porches, steps, walkways leading to main sidewalk (snow, mud, trash, etc.) All areas to be cleaned Weekly: Clean waste baskets (inside and out) at least once per week Clean telephones (public use areas only) Damp clean desks, chairs, tables, etc. (public use areas only) and/or heavy scrub as needed or requested by agency Clean entire glass on walls, interior doors and partitions Clean entrance, exit, vestibule and all front lobby glass inside and outside Clean door kicks, push plates, handles and frames Vacuum or dust venetian blinds, drapes, etc. (once per week only) Clean and polish bright metal surfaces Damp clean ceiling vents Dust ceiling areas and high corners All areas to be cleaned Monthly: Polish desks, chairs and tables (public use areas only) Floors – Resilient: Floors shall be maintained at best possible degree of shine
