Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. All Areas: Completed Daily Entrances/Exits/Vestibules/Parking Area: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors inside/outside Clean all entrance porches, steps, and walkways of all debris including but not limited to cigarette butts, trash, snow, mud, etc. Clean all front lobby glass inside/outside Clean parking area Disinfectant/detergent cleaners shall be used for all normal cleaning purposes. Cleaners shall not be harmful to the surfaces to which they are applied. Garbage/Dumpster: Collect all trashcan garbage and install new liners Collect all garbage including cardboard boxes and remove from building to dumpster. Do not drag garbage bags through the facility. Breakdown/crush all boxes before placing into dumpster. Ensure that the area around the dumpster is free from boxes and trash at all times.
