Specifications include, but are not limited to: Includes labor, removal of existing lift section, waste disposal, installation of new rear Rotary R210ML lift section, all piping to rear cylinder, hydraulic oil, concrete, equipment rental, and other items associated with the removal and installation of same. In the event the contractor encounters conditions that were not described in these specifications, such as contaminated soils or some kind of an underground obstruction, the contractor should stop work immediately and discuss the situation with the owner before proceeding. If an additional cost will be incurred, a change order to the contract will need to be processed through and approved by the Urban County Council before the additional payment can be made.
