Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Kenton County Airport Board (“KCAB”) is soliciting proposals relating to Identification Management System (IDMS) at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (“CVG”). KCAB currently manages approximately 14,000+ issued badges for CVG and issues approximately 9,800 new badges per year. KCAB does not have an IDMS in place and currently uses hard/paper copies for all records which is unsecure, inefficient, labor intensive, space consuming and no contingency in the case of disaster or loss. When a person is badged they are entered into three separate systems to include access control, finance, and fingerprints. It is also an inconvenience for badging customers and their employees.
