Specifications include, but are not limited to: Guard and Security Services(Including Traffic Control. Unarmed, uniformed security officers for Blackburn Correctional Complex while inmates are hospitalized. Vendor must supply uniforms for security officers.Vendor must provide officers for hospital security duty within 8 hours of notice by Blackburn Correctional Complex.Vendor must designate an appropriate number of officers that have been trained by Blackburn Correctional Complex regarding CorrectionsPolicies and Procedures and Blackburn Correctional Complex Polices and Procedures. Said officers may be utilized by the vendor on otherdetails so long as only trained officers are sent on Blackburn Correctional Complex hospital duty assignments.Officers on Blackburn Correctional Complex hospital duty details must adhere to all Corrections Policies and Procedures and BlackburnCorrectional Complex Polices and Procedures when providing security for Blackburn inmates.Vendor shall invoice Blackburn Correctional Complex on a monthly basis.Background Checks are required on all officers prior to commencing work, including replacement guards. A copy of the background check mustbe provided to the Blackburn Correctional Complex before officer attends the job site.PLEASE NOTE: Past Vendor Performance may be considered in the award of this Contract. Vendors with a record of poor performance in thelast 12 months may be found non-responsible and ineligible for award
