Specifications include, but are not limited to: Products and Services available through this contract shall include, but are not limited to: • Printers and Accessories (Ink Jet and Laser, Color or Black and White) • Monitors • Personal Computer Accessories (Memory, Hard Disk Drives, USB devices, etc.) • Projectors and accessories (i.e. InFocus, Epson, cables, cases, etc.) • Cabling (CAT6E Cables, Patch Cables, Fiber Cables, adapters, etc.) • Network related peripherals (GBIC, SFP (multi-mode and single mode), etc.) • Software applications, products, and other accessories • Professional Services as needed for specific projects • Desktop, Laptop/Tablets for Non-Metro agencies • Cisco network equipment • Ubiquiti network equipment In addition to hardware, software, and peripherals, the scope of this contract includes a premium, customized procurement portal for shopping and purchase. Portal shall be completed within 120 days of signed contract between Vendor and Metro Government. Procurement portal available through this contract shall include, but is not limited to: • Customized homepage • Automated approval workflows • Ability to restrict items and item categories from purchase • Named user access control with ability to set user permissions
