Specifications include, but are not limited to: f grounds maintenance work to be done under this contract consist generally of litter removal, grass mowing, edge trimming of sidewalks, roadways, curb lines, trimming around obstructions, removal of heavily clumped tailings, air-blown cleaning of walks and roadways, landscape weeding, landscape trimming and mulching. Replanting and addition of landscape plants. B. Areas – The majority of the mowing work will be confined to flat surfaces, however, several sites have moderate to steep berms which also require mowing. Berms will require the use of self-propelled mowers. C. Acreage – The extent of mowing will include all previously maintained areas of Louisville Water Company. Property which will also include trimming around fixtures, tanks, vaults, buildings, shrubs, ditch lines, and any other structures that are necessary.
