Public Relations: TARC seeks qualified and experienced firms to support both long-term and day-to-day public relations needs. Working in partnership with the TARC communications team and members of the leadership team, services may include media strategy, messaging, crisis communications, talking points, speech writing, media training, reporter and editorial board briefings, remarks for events, and identifying appropriate speaking engagements and outreach activities. Marketing and Creative Services: TARC seeks qualified and experienced firms to effectively promote and increase awareness and support of TARC’s services to key audiences including customers, the general public, and community stakeholders. The successful proposer will have demonstrated experience in developing and executing an overall marketing strategy, brand building, multi-channel content creation, media planning and placement, graphic design, video production, and photography.
