Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Request for Proposal (RFP) is being issued by the University of Kentucky to invite qualified and experienced firms to submit proposals to provide philanthropic consulting, design and marketing production services for the College of Engineering. The philanthropic consulting will include consultation on developing an annual fund campaign strategy and creative design through full production management and e-marketing integration. The initial scope of work involves working on the annual fund, as mentioned above; however the consultant should be capable of providing the following services: ï‚· Develop alumni engagement theme ï‚· Develop annual giving strategic plan to include recommendations of o communication channels o communication formats o constituent segmentation o timing of each communication ï‚· Recommend strategy for integrating annual giving campaign with capital campaign ï‚· Review and discuss strategy for moving into public phase of capital campaign ï‚· Develop timeline to include master schedule of all communications as well as detailed production implementation schedules for each communication ï‚· Recommend constituent segmentation of database ï‚· Assist with coordinating annual giving communications with university communications ï‚· Assist with development of Gift Range Charts and analysis of results ï‚· Participate in goal-setting process ï‚· Advise young alumni executive group and/or alumni council as needed ï‚· Provide other fundraising advice and counsel as requested and negotiated
