Limited demo and full fit out of a portion of shell space on the 4th floor of Frazier Rehab, as detailed by contract documents. The project comprises both Base Bid and Add Alternate scopes. The Add Alternate scope, as indicated in the construction documents, includes an open-plan Research/Clinic Staff Workroom, Office, Finance and Locked Storage rooms, and their related scopes. Base and Add Alternate scopes comprise 13,631 SF. Work will require coordination with University representatives and the building owner. The awarded contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, permits, inspection, testing, and supervision to complete the scope of work in accordance with the drawings, specifications, contract documents, and exhibits included herein and prepared by the University and consultants.
