Specifications include, but are not limited to: Procuring a vendor to perform the services of Financial Institutions Examiner in Charge. The KDFI is contracting for a single Financial Institutions Examiner to perform as an Examiner in Charge to assist in the KDFI’s regulatory oversight of depository institutions in Kentucky as required under the Kentucky Revised Statutes and the standards and guidelines established by the KDFI. All levels of service set forth in this contract shall be provided to examine and monitor the financial stability and compliance of banks, credit unions, and/or trust companies chartered by the KDFI. At no time during this contract should the Vendor have any Conflict of Interest with any Kentucky-chartered institution by having a contract with or being employed by one of these entities. Additionally, upon consummation of a Contract, the Vendor must disclose any indebtedness, either directly or indirectly, to a Kentucky-chartered bank or credit union; any ownership of equity in any bank; and any other potential conflicts of interest.
