Specifications include, but are not limited to: XIII. AREAS TO BE CLEANED AND CLEANING SCHEDULE 13.1 All Terminal public areas, Authority offices, PSO/Firehouse, Customs and TSA office area in the Terminal Building are extensively used on a twenty-four (24) hour per day, seven (7) days per week basis. A cleaning schedule outline shall be developed in writing, by the Company, and approved by the Authority in writing, and shall be utilized in conjunction with this Agreement. No major deviations shall be made without the Authority's approved written consent. 13.2 The Authority shall have the right to add or delete areas to be cleaned by giving Company written notice of any such change not less than seven (7) days prior to any such action. Any cost increases for added services or decreases due to deletions shall be calculated using the Employee Hourly Rate in the Bid Form and shall be effective only if approved in writing by the Authority. 13.3 During anticipated heavy passenger traffic days such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Kentucky Derby, and any airport special events and occasions all areas covered by this agreement shall be maintained in the same clean status, regardless of traffic, without additional expense to the Authority. The Contractor shall meet with the Authority Representative prior to all such events on the committed staffing plan and preparations for such events.
