This is a SAPR for subject project to be awarded pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13 and the specific requirements outlined in this request with attachments.This requirement is for a Professional Leadership Course for 19 Air Support Operations Squadron (ASOS) which shall include instruction in tactical leadership, troop leading procedures, and hasty/deliberate tactical planning meeting the TACP/AFSPECWAR CFETP, Mission Essential Task (MET), AFMAN, and current DOD leadership trends. Target audience for this class is Company Grade Officers and mid-level Non-Commissioned Officers in the Air Force Special Warfare (AFSPECWAR) community. This course shall offer a 10-day long training option that blends Ranger School and Reconnaissance and Surveillance Leaders Course (RSLC). It is critical that our young leaders enhance skills already required in our CFETPs, METs and AFMAN such as MDMP, troop leading procedures, area and zone reconnaissance, and hasty/planned five paragraph OPORD.
This SAPR is not an authorization to begin performance, and in no way obligates the Government for any costs incurred by the offeror associated with developing a proposal. The Government reserves the right not to award a contract in response to this SAPR. Prior to commencement of any activities associated with performance of this requirement, the Government will issue a written directive or contractual document signed by the Contracting Officer with appropriate consideration established.
