Specifications include, but are not limited to: providing an exclusive right of use for a golf course, driving range and golf house space. The golf house (“facility”) should be available for occupancy by January 2023. This can be a facility that has a multi - level building, a remodel or a new build. Listed below is the University desire, alternate proposal can be submitted. At the minimum the University Golf teams would have exclusive use of a 16,000 + sq. foot facility. The facility shall be a multi-level building that includes an attached indoor short game area. Of this 16,000 sq. footage almost 5,500 sq. ft of this shall be an indoor chipping and putting area. This building shall be constructed by the owner of the golf course at their expense and adjacent to the course’s regular driving range.
