Specifications include, but are not limited to: The event staff responsibilities are to include, but not limited to, ticket taking crowd control, badge checking, ushering services, event services, access control services as well as the safety and evacuation of the general public in case of an emergency. The primary responsibility of all event staff will be to protect and insure the well-being of customers, exhibitors, staff and the property of all. The vendor must keep the KSFB Venue Services Director, or his designee, informed at all times of the name of the local manager/supervisor in charge of their staffing. The vendor is responsible for the demeanor, general character and moral background of the staff under this contract; and all staff must be ethically conscious and compatible with existing conditions, surroundings, and circumstances of the particular environment they serve. The vendor is also responsible for insuring that all staff, working on KSFB properties, have a current Kentucky background check on file. No individual that has a felony on their background check can be assigned to work for KSFB. Successful bidder must furnish their employees with uniforms (including raingear) appropriate for all circumstances and to provide all event services ordered regardless of weather conditions. Must be approved by the KSFB Venue Services director or their designee.
