Provide a pump truck, or equivalent, capable of cleaning septic tanks and sewer lines at KYTC facilities located within the 12 counties* of Highway District 1. This line item shall include any permits, disposal fees, equipment and labor necessary to perform the work. Provide a pump truck, or equivalent, capable of cleaning storm drain inlets, catch basins, salt brine tanks, calcium chloride tanks and various holding tanks/drains at KYTC facilities and/or along State Highways located within the 12 counties* of Highway District 1. This line item shall include any permits, disposal fees, equipment and labor necessary to perform the work. Traffic control, when applicable, shall be provided by KYTC District 1 personnel.
