Specifications include, but are not limited to: A.5.1 Organizational and compensation review services to be performed under this RFP include: A.5.1.1 Classification Meet with Director of Human Resources to validate scope of services, methodology, timeliness, and other deliverables. Review the classification structure. Make recommendations to ensure the structure reflects the Board's overall classification and compensation strategy, and reflects distinct career ladders. Review background materials including organizational charts, budgets, personnel rules and regulations, and related information. Conduct orientation and briefing session(s) with the executive team. Review job questionnaire and make revision recommendations. Administer the completion of a job questionnaire Conduct interviews with a representative sample of employees and management personnel that can be used for classification and compensation purposes. Allocate all Board employees to an appropriate job title, job class, and exempt or non- exempt designation (FLSA). Prepare and/or update classification specifications to reflect current duties and requirements of each position. o Include physical requirements and essential functions in compliance with ADA. o Classifications must be in compliance with all applicable rules, regulations, and statutory requirements
