Estimated Quantity – Sixty (60) plus Powered Industrial Trucks (herein, PIT)/Forklifts, forty-five (45) plus ATV/Utility/Golf Carts, fifteen (15) plus Scissor Lifts, ten (10) plus articulated and straight boom lifts, and more than two hundred and fifty (250) operators. Other equipment includes skid loaders, loaders, backhoes, excavators, payloader, drum roller, and sweepers. • Assets and operators are located in Jefferson County Public Schools buildings and support facilities. These facilities are found throughout Jefferson County, Kentucky. Please see attached asset list for manufacture information. • Vendor(s) shall provide inspection(s) of PIT, maintenance of PIT, operator training program (classroom and evaluation), and operator refresher training and evaluation. All services must meet standards prescribed by OSHA powered industrial truck Regulation 29, CFR Part 1910.178, all OSHA general industry, and OSHA construction standards. • Vendor(s) shall provide a list of equipment they are qualified to inspect and maintain/replace parts. Additionally, vendor(s) shall provide a list of equipment they are qualified to train operators. All services must meet standards prescribed by OSHA Regulation. • Successful vendor(s) must provide training in Jefferson County, Kentucky. Training shall be offered a minimum of one (1) time per month.
