Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Work consists of furnishing and installing all materials and labor to modify selected doors in nine (9) buildings at Jefferson Community College in Louisville, Kentucky. Modification consists of converting designated doors to electrically controlled and/or alarmed. RFID access control for designated doors is also included. The scope of work includes all cabling/wiring from Owner supplied door controllers to designated doors, converting existing designated doors to electrically controlled and/or alarmed, and all required door modification. Additionally, all power supply (120 volts AC and/or 12 volt DC/24 volts DC) to Owner supplied door controllers and door power supplies is included. Installation of Owner furnished door controllers shall be included. All 120 volt/wiring to be in color coded 3/4" metal or surface mounted raceway. All low voltage cabling/wiring to be plenum rated and run in raceway where exposed. An existing door is to be replaced at the LRC building and an emergency power system installed using power from an adjacent existing diesel genset.
