The Kentucky Division of Emergency Management Division (KYEM), Department of Military Affairs, seeks the services of qualified contractor or contractors to provide pretrained, highly qualified personnel to support its preparedness, response, recovery, and mitigation operations. These personnel will aid in all areas of emergency management to include but not limited to: To cover the following areas: SEOC Operations Incident Management Team Logistics Support Volunteer Coordination Public Assistance Individual Assistance Hazard Mitigation Public Information Information Technology Logistics Declaration Requests Procurement Resource Distributions Planning Sheltering Debris These personnel may be required to perform their assignments at the Kentucky State Emergency Operations Center, FEMA Joint Field Offices, state Area Offices, regional control centers, or in the actual impacted areas of the state.
