• Removal of existing flooring and base • Removal of existing suspended ceiling grid and tile • Removal of metal stud and gypsum drywall partitions • Removal of door and frame complete between Rooms 351B and 352 • Removal of existing casework and associated accessories • Removal of Plumbing, Mechanical, and Electrical Equipment and Devices • Installation of metal stud and gypsum drywall partitions – including infill between Rooms 351B and 352 • Painting all walls in all rooms – including entire wall of Room 352 where door infill occurs • Installation of new flooring and base – including new base along entire painted wall in Room 352 • Installation of new suspended ceiling grid and tile • Installation of new Plumbing, Mechanical, and Electrical Equipment and Devices • Installation of new Aluminum Storefront and motion-activated, power-operated, sliding glass door • Installation of new casework and associated accessories • Installation of new Roof Top Exhaust Fan (Note: Roofing manufacturer’s representative must be on-site during roof work as roof is warranted and warranty must be maintained)
