The structures consist of concrete foundations, concrete frames, concrete floors, concrete roofs with CMU walls and brick veneer. The basements have concrete slabs on grade and concrete retaining walls. D. Roofs: The roof systems are low slope membrane assemblies. E. Interior Construction: Exposed CMU walls and plaster ceilings with some suspended acoustical tile ceilings. F. Sidewalks and Porches: Concrete slabs on grade, remove as noted in the documents. Foundation Walls: Cast in place concrete, remove as noted in the documents. G. Utility Tunnels: Concrete slab on grade with concrete retaining walls, remove as noted in the documents. H. Trees and Landscaping: Remove as noted in the documents. I. Elevator(s): Remove at each building J. PME Systems: To be removed as noted in the documents.
