RWRA is seeking proposals to design, furnish and install complete – an entrance monument sign in front of the Regional Water Resource Agency (RWRA) David Hawes Water Resource Recovery Facility (DHP). Bidder shall be responsible for finalizing a design based closely on the Basis of Design rendering provided in this Request for Proposal. Final foundations, construction, materials, surfaces, colors and dimensions shall be the responsibility of the bidder to detail and propose to RWRA with this bid. Sign lighting as proposed, shall be furnished and installed by the bidder and the proposal shall include costs to furnish and install fixtures as well as electrical connections to feed proposed lighting from the existing DHP Admin facility at the designated location shown in this RFP.
