The solution must include: • Lightweight, intelligent early warning and response in real-time against serious risks of cyberattack utilizing easily adopted commercially available technology for trial purposes • Technology platform capabilities that accelerate knowledge transfer in cyber tradecraft intelligence and best practices from experts to newcomers and involvement by IT Managed Services Providers as internship and employment partners
