Scope of the Project: To use on county maintained roads for sealing of cracks, slips and patches also for expansion joints on concrete roads. It shall be the sole responsibility of the successful vendor to design, construct, and deliver a completed crack sealer that safely and efficiently accommodates the County’s desired functionality and meets minimum specifications as detailed below. Examination of Specifications: The Crack sealer detailed by this bid shall be furnished and delivered as specified herein. Vendors are requested to notify KCPW staff of their arrival and intent. References to brand names, models, and /or types of equipment throughout this solicitation are representative of the equipment desired by the Kenton County Fiscal Court. Vendors shall provide the specified equipment or an approved equivalent.
