• Be accredited by the lab accreditation program of AIHA, NIOSH and the IHPAT testing program. • Furnish copies of all chromatograms, calculations, quality control documentations, etc., necessary for reconstruction of each analysis upon request. • Use the methods listed or the most recent or equivalent method prescribed by specific occupational safety and health standards, the US Department of Labor Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and/or National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH). • Furnish current analytical coefficient of variant (CV) for each type of analyte or sample run in each report. Please see attached specifications. • Maintain a five (5) business-day turnaround time for samples submitted. • Place results and fill in the chain of custody block on our original industrial hygiene forms and must return with the printed report. • Not use contractors for any of these analyses. • Provide sampling media to the industrial hygienists for those tests sent to them, free of charge. • Provide consultation to the DLS laboratory and to the Industrial Hygienists, free of charge.
