Specifications include, but are not limited to: CUSTOMER SURVEY/MARKET RESEARCH SERVICES. Pierce Transit is soliciting proposals from firms qualified and interested in providing research services, including surveys, tabulation, analysis, and report writing, as well as focus group facilitation to assess Pierce Transit’s services, through December 31, 2012, plus two optional one year extensions. Possible research needs include data collection of current and potential transit riders in the Pierce Transit Service Area. All research projects will be assigned by task orders as needed. Pierce Transit reserves the right to solicit and contract with other market research firms. The firm awarded this contract should not construe this award as an exclusive agreement
