The Kenton County Board of Education is requesting proposals to supply class rings and graduation sundries/services for its high schools. This is a “Requirements” contract to provide a ready source of class rings and sundry graduation products, to include but not necessarily be limited to, Class Rings, Caps, Gowns, Hoods, Stoles, Diplomas, Graduation Announcements, and Accessories on an “as needed” basis. The Board has three high schools with a total graduating class of approximately 1,200 students. The Board reserves the right to award to a primary and secondary vendor(s). The Board reserves the right to award separate contracts for Option 1(Class Rings), Option 2(Graduation Sundries), and Option 3(Diplomas, Honor Stickers, and Covers) if it is deemed in the best interest of the Board.
