The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain proposals from qualified executive search firms interested in assisting the District in the recruitment of various mid to high level executive management positions and/or difficult to recruit specialized positions on an as needed basis. There is no guarantee as to the number of recruitments to be issued under the resulting Contract(s). The District reserves the right to award more than one contract. The District intends to award a contract to a firm or firms that have the ability to conduct nationwide searches, target qualified candidates, and assist with screening candidates. The number of contracts awarded will be dependent upon the quality and quantity of proposals received. In the event the District does award to multiple providers, assignments will be distributed based upon area of expertise, availability, and cost.
