The Kentucky Community and Technical College System, Office for Facilities Support Services, on behalf of South-Central Kentucky Community & Technical College (SKYCTC) desires to procure professional architectural services and an associated project team to accomplish the renovation of Building B on their main campus in Bowling Green, Kentucky. This project will renovate Building B with the goals of creating more classroom space, upgrading bathrooms, and upgrading a portion of the HVAC system in the building. If funding allows, replacement of the building’s exterior windows will be included. This project has limited funding, and the design team will be charged with analyzing the programmatic needs of the project, reviewing the existing conditions of the building and reconciling these two into a viable project.
