Specifications include, but are not limited to: Removing the existing asphalt shingle roof on Bradley Hall, repair the deck and roof structure as needed, install a complete functioning and leak-proof standing seam copper-roof system, repair interior plaster damages in the fourth floor rooms, and lighting replacements in the fourth floor rooms. The project includes, but is not necessarily limited to: 1. Removing all existing asphalt roofing and disposing of properly. 2. Repairing roof decking, rafters and purlins. 3. Installing new standing seam copper-roof system on the building and dormers, 4. Installing new copper valleys on main roof, dormers, and attic vents 5. Installing new copper flat-seam roofs on attic vents 6. Installing new standing-seam copper roofs on the dormer gable-roofs 7. Installing new flat-seam copper roofs on the bridging between joined dormers 8. Installing a roof hatch 9. Installing copper drip edges on the dormer rakes and eaves. 10 Installing snow guard with copper rail system (snow and ice retainers) on main roof eaves. 11 Fourth Floor interior wall and ceiling plaster repairs. 12. Priming and painting the repaired plaster walls, ceilings and wood work and 13. Replacing the interior room lighting fixtures with LED fixtures.
