Specifications include, but are not limited to: Perform all necessary coordination between Louisville Metro Government, participating sponsors, and event management to manage and promote the event (Examples include Jefferson County Public School, Transit River City Authority, Private Schools, etc.) Provide all necessary supplies to manage bicycle and pedestrian educational services, including but not limited to: Manual of Uniform Traffic control Devices (MUTCD) traffic signals, MUTCD traffic signs, MUTCD traffic markings, educational materials, classroom facilities, bicycles, Product Safety Commission approved bicycle helmets, hair nets, etc. Provide a safe and secure training facility for youth to learn the rules of the road as both pedestrians and bicyclists.
