• Project kickoff meeting with COH and HWU for proper identification of project scope and alignment of expectations. • Prepare preliminary plans and permit applications, which may include permits from the Corps of Engineers (COE), stream construction permits (DOW & local), 401 Water Quality Certification (DOW), and DOW Infrastructure Branch construction permit for the sanitary sewer relocations. Permit activities shall include any mitigation measures required. • Design review meeting at 50 and 90 percent plans completion, including cost estimates. Provide all sub-consultant services necessary, including geotech, environmental, etc. • At the option of COH and HWU, provide Bidding & Award, Construction-Related Engineering, and Construction Inspection Services.
