Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Fayette County Public Schools is soliciting proposals for Auxiliary Security Services for Henry Clay High School (HCHS) at 2100 Fontaine Rd, Lexington, KY 40502, Tates Creek High School (TCHS) at 1111 Centre Parkway, Lexington, KY 40517, Lafayette High School (LHS) at 401 Reed Lane, Lexington, KY 40503, STEAM/Success at 1555 Georgetown Rd, Lexington, KY 40511, and The Learning Center (TLC) at 475 Price Rd, Lexington, KY 40508. 2. The contract for Auxiliary Security Services will be for the school year with four (4) oneyear renewal options at the discretion of the Board of Education. This contract can be terminated by School District with a thirty (30) day written notification. 3. Staffing is subject to change by the District based on the District's needs which may include decreasing, increasing, or eliminating positions. 4. All contract personnel must wear, at all times: (1) the approved uniform and or clothing, (2) the approved identification badge. No contract personnel will be permitted to enter or remain on District property unless both conditions are met. 5. The contractor shall provide the District with a list of all supervisory personnel including the telephone numbers where each person may be reached at all times. 6. The contractor shall be responsible for all background checks and shall not allow anyone to work in the school district whose criminal background check reveals items that would prohibit them from working with children under Kentucky law or reveals other criminal convictions or other conduct which lawfully may be considered and which call into question such individual's fitness to work with children. The Contractor shall submit immediately upon the award of the contract the name, date of birth and social security number of all employees who are to perform work for School District under the contract and certification that they have met the requirements herein. Results of background checks must be submitted to the Associate Director of Safety and Security before an individual can work on FCPS property.
