The proposed Work involves the removal and disposal of the existing swing gates (or reconfiguration of existing gate where noted), and the sale, installation, and configuration of automatic single slide gates and operator systems with access control electronic locks, as more specifically described in the Technical Specifications. The Work will be completed at ten (10) separate water tank and pump station facilities in Campbell and Kenton County. Contractor shall be responsible for the furnishing of all materials, labor, and equipment, to perform the Work. All prospective bidders should understand that Owner’s purchase is exempt from state sales tax. Work must be completed by May 29, 2026, and according to a work sequencing plan approved by Owner.
