Trucking and hauling services to a disposal location at the Owner’s direction for approximately 50,000 tons of solids material generated from various excavation sites during District operations. The material is located at the District’s Aqua Drive Facility in Cold Spring, Kentucky. The solids are primarily compromised of clay, rock, and topsoil, with about 10% of that volume being concrete or asphalt. The amounts will be as specified upon the direction of the District on an as-needed basis for a term of one-year, with the option to renew the contract for two additional one-year terms. The estimated total quantity is 12,000 hours for the first one-year term. No amount of hours for trucking and hauling services is guaranteed. Contractor is responsible for all permitting. The Owner reserves the right to stop the services at any time.
