1. Data Analysis- Segmentation Analyze constituent records to determine the highest capacity leadership, major, and planned giving donors/prospects, and those donors who are highly engaged within the system. Define donor segments based on behavior, giving history, demographics, and engagement. Highlight opportunities for targeted outreach to increase prospect cultivation and donor engagement. 2. Reporting & Presentation Deliver a comprehensive report with findings, insights, and strategy recommendations. Present results to key stakeholders in a virtual or in-person meeting(s). 3. Governance and Fundraising Training Prepare a training on best practices in foundation governance and fundraising for key stakeholders including foundation board members, college presidents, and Advancement staff. Training may need to be delivered in a single annual conference setting or in smaller regional meetings, the scope of which can be determined based on budget.
