Elizabethtown Community & Technical College (ECTC) is seeking proposals for the provision of ATM machine(s) and services. The selected vendor will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and operating the ATM machines at designated ECTC facilities. The Offeror will be required to: Provide a freestanding ATM machine at each location, with services including cash dispensing to customers of all major brands of credit and debit cards. Stock initial cash in the ATM and for ongoing cash replenishment. Provide service for the ATM machine(s). o List how often machine(s) will be serviced in proposal to ensure exceptional customer service. Provide maintenance of machine(s) within 48 hours of reported issues, regardless if office(s) branch(es) are located in or around Elizabethtown, Kentucky. Comply with all federal and state laws, KCTCS policy, and local regulations.
