LOW CUT HEIGHT MOWING DETAIL SPECIFICATIONS Mowing will include mowing all property for site including inside and outside fences, sidewalks, ditches, etc. The site will be mowed and trimmed a minimum of once each week but should be done as necessary to maintain the grass no more than two inches above mowing height. Mowing height will be 2 inches plus or minus one-half inch. All trees, fences, buildings, pipes, walls, vaults and other obstacles will be trimmed as needed or trimmed no less frequently than once every week. Litter shall be picked up in all areas prior to mowing. THE FOLLOWING AREAS ARE LOW CUT HEIGHT SITES A. WELCOME TO DANVILLE SIGNS (HARRODSBURG RD., LEBANON RD., PERRYVILLE RD., STANFORD RD., LEXINGTON RD., HUSTONVILLE RD, BURGIN ROAD). These areas consist of SEVEN welcome to Danville signs. These sites will be mowed and trimmed a minimum of once each week but should be done as necessary to maintain the grass no more than two inches above mowing height. Trash and litter needs to be picked up before cutting. Critical at these sites is the footprint of the mowed area is maintained so as to prevent the reduction of mowed area over time. Welcome signs require mowing site as previously outlined. Sign base/bed must be trimmed. Equipment needed is a small finish mower & trimmers B. WOODLAND PLACE MEDIANS This area consists of mowing two small medians. Equipment needed is a small finish mower, a push mower, and trimmers. C. ALTA AVE. LOT This area consists of mowing a small cemetery. All headstones are flat and can be mowed over. Equipment needed is a finish mower and trimmers. D. HOLTSCLAW LANE LOT This area consists of mowing a small empty lot on Holtsclaw Lane. Equipment needed is a finish mower and trimmers. E. RIFLE RANGE This area consists of mowing rifle range and area around the rifle range.
