Program for the City of Frankfort commencing with the execution of a contract between the City and successful bidder. The contract and/or purchase order shall be issued to the lowest and best-evaluated bidder responding to this solicitation to bid. The shall be provided in accordance with the stated specifications in Articles IV, V VI, and VII of this invitation. Successful bidders shall be notified by the City’s Purchasing Agent. After said release date, delivery shall be made as expeditiously as possible. The quantities listed herein are for unit pricing and are not specifically representative of anticipated project(s) that may be requested during an annual construction period or a typical individual project basis to be determined later.
