• 1/2" Sheetrock Walls with 1 fire wall connecting to the Garage to be 5/8" • Flooring is to be LVT and contractors must provide samples for the owners to choose preferred color or design. • Replace all furring strips and insulation. • Replace the current air handler and 40 gallon hot water heater • Re-floor the entrance stoop and stairs. • Re paint the interior of the house to match upstairs • Electrical will have to be replaced from the flood cut line down, including all receptacles, light switches, and wire. • Install new plumbing fixtures in bathroom • Install new fire rated door to the garage • Install 3 new doors and 1 set of closet doors. • Install new wood base and and door trim where needed.
