Specifications include, but are not limited to: Mail List Management (MLM) may include the following customer service expectations: 1)Provide dedicated CSR to meet with contract manager & individually with clients to advise and consult on best practices and procedures and process mail list requested ensuring compliance with all USPS rules and regulations. 2)Assist client to acquire list(s) through purchase, download or use current data base list from JCCC 3)Provide processed list to client to review and approve 4)Upon approval submit list to production vendor with quantities (with indicia and without indicia) 5)Upon approval submit itemized invoice for each project to MLM Contract Manager 6)Meet deadlines for each project with submission of completed list directly to Production dates will be set by department/Marketing and Communications. 7)Provide advisory service for mail piece design and additional options/services available with USPS that may enhance mail service or reporting
