Specifications include, but are not limited to: Service Maintenance Agreement (SMA) for GE CT Brightspeed 16 Slice 1. Shall include 4 annual preventative maintenance and calibrations per year. 2. All system parts and shipping costs are covered (including tube/glassware). 3. SMA should include all labor and travel during normal business hours (Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm). 4. Service Contract Standard Coverage Hours shall be Monday – Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM. 5. Must provide remote applications support. 6. No subcontracting for the service maintenance agreement, will be allowed. 7. If pre-inspection of equipment is required this shall be provided at no cost to KSU. 8. Must be able to diagnose in 24 hours from initial call. 9. Term of contract will be for two (2) years with three (3) one (1) year renewals.
